Welcome to the official umbrella website of all student organizations at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. With more than 230 registered and official campus organizations, West Chester University is a goldmine of opportunity to grow as an individual, develop teamwork and leadership skills, and network with other students and faculty in a variety of interest areas. This website features a database of all active student organizations as well as various resources for leaders and members of student groups. Important Forms for Student Organization Management 

2012 Fall Involvement Fair Participation - must be completed by May 18, 2012
Fall Involvement Fair will be held again on North Campus on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 with a rain date set for Monday, September 10, 2012. 
 
2012 Summer Orientation Marketing - must be completed by May 18, 2012
As we did last summer, we are asking each group to assist in developing ways to market their group to incoming students. You have the opportunity to submit a power point slide, pictures, and video clips to be used.  (Last year's Student Life video can be viewed HERE.)
 
2012 Move-In Volunteer Participation - must be completed by July 26, 2012
Move-In Day is a great opportunity for student leaders to volunteer and welcome new students to our campus. Volunteers are needed for Friday, August 24th and shifts will range from 7:00am-7:00pm.  THIS FORM NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BY EVERY INDIVIDUAL WHO WANTS TO VOLUNTEER, groups to not submit a collective form.)  

*Please note, participation in the above programs, is dependent on your organization completing the Annual Re-Registration process.*

6th ANNUAL EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP RETREAT

Cost: $55/person for the whole event

The Executive Leader Retreat (co-sponsored by State Farm©) proves to be a fantastic time for student executive board members (typically President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) to experience, learn and grow away from campus and bring back incredibly useful information for you and your organization. We are excited to report that Megan Vadnais and Rick Barnes will once again be our lead facilitators for this fantastic event.
