Schedule of Events

SOAR is a highly interactive program spread out over two days.  It is intended for all new students including first-year students and transfer students!  Students will participate in community service, learn about leadership, and set personalized goals.  SOAR sets a student on the right path to succeed at West Chester University.  The cost of the SOAR program is $50.

Participant Information

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR ON THE DAY(S) OF THE EVENT?

Saturday will involve a community service component that may take place outside.  Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes (no flip flops).  

The facilitators on Friday and Saturday will be providing an action-packed experience throughout the day. We encourage you to wear comfortable shoes, nice jeans / shorts and top. 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE EVENT?

Nothing! Everything you need will be provided.
Don’t forget to bring an OPEN MIND and POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
